We have made some large grocery bags out of large animal dry food bags. We have two dogs, three cats, one horse, so these are plentiful....... They are strong, and when they do wear out..there is always another to take its place.....I think I found the directions on line somewhere.......

Your bag is so attractive and obviously a lot of work went into it. I don't think I could bring myself to use it as a grocery bag. I'd probably use it for a project bag. I like the idea of dry food bags for grocery bags. We have 3 large dogs so I'm sure I'd have an ample supply.
