Both are nice! Go with dark if the room is light and go with the light if the room /table is dartker

i like the evergreen

I really like the closeup of the ivory (looks rich and elegant), but when you look at the whole piece from a distance, I don't care for it that much.
I like the evergreens middle design better, so I will go with that.

Depends on the color of your table and what your place settings will look like. You want it all to Pop!
