Agreed! And this is how companies can keep their business going. By backing their items. Just and FYI- I have a friend that does small sewing for people. Mostly just replacing zippers and patching stuff. She had one gal bring her a Columbia coat. She didn't want to mess with the two zipper thing, and called the company. They said for her to wash the coat, send it to them, and they will repair it and send it back!!! I have many of their coats because they last so long, but this just made me ALWAYS go right to their coats and other items! |

I'm glad to hear you got the 'added extras' too. I had the release button on one of my Olfa rotary cutters break, so I emailed them, just to let them know. It was one of my first cutters, so I really didn't expect anything - and they sent me a new one! |
Renee, good for you getting great customer service. I sell jelly rolls on my site and am always careful on cutting the strips. But if a customer complained, I would definitely replace.
