There are pieces of paper all over the house with drawings of feathers on it. When I'm on the phone, I doodle feathers. I just told myself, "I love the way this looks and I'm gonna do it".

A very good friend of mine asked to make a quilt for her brother and his wife. The wife's favorite color is purple and so is mine.
