the tut on HST was perfect :D
this board has inspired me so much :D finished the top for the baby quilt and made the first set of 4 blocks for my 13 yr old DD. She picked the colors and wanted a big star lol... she was a bit confused after only seeing 1 of the blocks... took 4 to form the star pattern :D She LOVES it, and cant wait for me to make another tomorrow, im planning to make them with different fabrics in sames families. starting fabrics [ATTACH=CONFIG]64035[/ATTACH] the pattern im using, sort of... i added the top piece [ATTACH=CONFIG]64036[/ATTACH] 4 blocks in the set :D... my points are still sad... but im working on it :D [ATTACH=CONFIG]64037[/ATTACH] |
I'm not surprised she loves it...it's gorgeous, you've done a great job and the colours are beautiful.

the more i look at the picture... the more i wanna rip out the center seam across and redo it lol... guess i know what im doing b4 bed lol

Isn't that the Baby Bud pattern from Quiters Cache? I did that block for one of the swaps on here, so I recognized it right away. WOW!! I never would have guessed it would make a star when put together like you did. Very nice!!
