Oh my goodness. I can't believe this. I have been thinking for the last couple of weeks that I'd like to make a grey and yellow quilt. It came about went I was remembering when I was about 6 years old and we went to buy an Easter dress. I found a very plain grey and yellow dress. My mother wanted me to get a frilly dress. I had to beg and daddy finally talked her into letting me get it. I loved that dress and have never forgotten it. I want to make a quilt to remind me of that dress.

Thanks for sharing - I had to look as I recently got some grays and grays w/yellow, never thought that would be a combo I would be interested in but fell in love. I really like this DNP with the sashing - hadn't seen that before. I love your quilt and the colors!

I can't believe it! I bought the exact same fabrics except I bought Dark Gray Kona Cotton Solid fabric. I've got a couple of ideas in mind but I love, love, LOVE your quilt!

It's a beauty...the colours and fabrics work beautifully...and your quilting is just lovely. When I was out the other day I was drawn to grey....it does look so good with yellow (didn't buy any I've joined the 2013 fabric moratorium). This combination always reminds me of Weiros.
