I merely wanted show that I AM working on my quilt. This is going to take forever!!!!! I see a lot of things I knew I should have done differently but this started out as a trial project. I should have used proper thread color while piecing and I shouldn't have tried mitred corners. Now it has turned into a practice custom quilting. But, I still like it. "THEN I SHOULD HAVE"..............story of my life, lol As long as I keep learning, I'm happy.
Sorry, you can still see the chalk lines in the border. |
I love it... I think it is wonderful.

Jackie...isn't this exactly how we perfect our skills, by practising and discovering other ways of achieving better results...and boy what skills you have...this quilt just gets better and better, I truly am in awe of your work, and you are a true inspiration to all of us 'would like to be a longarmer just like Jackie one day'ers!!!! :D :D :D

Jackie,
This is turning out to be very beautiful. Never sick of looking!!! |
that is gorgeous! Each quilt turns into a masterpiece.

Ummm, Jackie? Do I see the beginnings of POS (pebble overload syndrome)?
Lookin' good! |
I KNEW this one would be even more gorgeous once you started quilting it! How big is this quilt? Do you actually get to put it on your bed? I love it--SO much work!

i'll be darned if i can see a single thing wrong with it. it's beeeuoooteeefaminous. :P
i have a few white stitches peeking out from black seams on my current project. i'll fix that with a paint pen. (that's if i can find the spots again now that it's been washed. ) i'll bet that would solve your problem, too, IF they still show up after washing. ;-) |
It's fantabulous!!!! :)
