Love it Annette. It is soooooo pretty. Right now I am finishing up on 2 Carpenter's Star quilts - 1 for my sister's 65th birthday & a 2nd one for a dear friend. Their birthdays are both the same day but my DS's was the priority. Hers is done & am 2/3 of the way thru the other one. How did you like our winter storm ?? Crazy right !! We have a ton of snow here & I can only hope that's it for the winter but we both know more is one the way.

Hi Carol....the weather has been crazy......so cold, and so much snow....now this is a real winter in the north.....will be glad when spring gets here.....I`ve always hated extremes.....sounds like you have been busy sewing....as soon as i`m done with my scraps I want to make a queen quilt for my DD...she`s next on the list....I have the pattern and the fabric so just need to get going....now don`t forget to show your quilts when your done...always love to see.....keep warm!!!

ha ha ha...no these were sent to me from Charisma...i did use other fabric for some of the background and sashing....the rest is her scraps.

Yes, that`s what attracted me to it....and the funny thing is it is all an illusion.....it looks like curves yet allthe lines are straight....
