I was looking for something quick and fun for gifts. This doily is so simple and fun to make. Hope you like them. Great way to use up scrap stash.

Made these 2 in about 4 hrs.

Those are cute! I always thought I would like to do something with yo-yos but thought I would never get a bigger quilt done so maybe your idea of doilies is the way I should go. Thanks for sharing the pics with us. Something else to put on my list of "to-dos".

Those are so nice! How large are the yo-yo's? I bought a small Yo-Yo maker for my granddaughter thinking it would be a good way for her to learn and something she could make on her own, but I swear, I found those makers harder than doing it the old-fashion way!

Carol, really??? I love them! But I don't have a small one, maybe that's why.I have I think 3 different sizes but didn't get the little one.

I used a can of corn to make the circles, about 3ins.
