BTW, everyone, this quilt is just like a quilt that I saw was done in the 50's! I loved it so much that I just had to do one. In quilt 2, there was a time lapse between blocks and I was going on memory and thought my starting square was 2.5" when it was 3" so some of the blocks have a navy starting off square as 2.5" and others as 3" and I thought it was a great 'happy' mistake! I think it looks so different with 2 different sized blocks! I might try that trick again!! :D Thanks everyone for your super replies!!! |
