I enjoy making these, they are gifts for my mom and sisters.

Alot, but for now, I don't care for the button closure. I would consider a magnetic one. Another is, I don't trace the corner template, I just put my ruler at the 2/12 and trace that way. Also, I have heavy duty needles for sewing the handles, inside pockets to the lining, anywhere there is alot of thickness. If not you are going to be breaking some needles. Once you get thru your first one, it is alot easier. Just take your time, and have fun with them. They are very addictive..........I'm going for counseling tomorrow, to try to get them out of my head

I have made both sizes, and I like the mini size the best. The other would make a great diaper bag. It is to big for a purse. Just my opinion.

If I can do this, so can you. I felt the same way when I first got my pattern, but all ya got to do is go one step at a time. They are a blast to do...
