I think Turning 20 quilts are just the best way for anyone to start, a good way to make us look like we did a lot of work, and is an all around simple way to make a quilt in a weekend and feel like we actually accomplished something. I turn 9 for a 50" square lap quilt for use for Project Linus. It works and is easily finished from start to end in one day.

I like the idea of the larger squares. It allows you to see the fabric better and appreciate it, which I do. It seems like a vibrant but restful quilt, if that makes sense.
