This was one of the blocks from a BOM I am doing that I was particularly taken with, so I decided to make a quilt with just this block ( the name of it escapes me now). I finished it a while ago, but realized I had not taken a photo of it yet. As for my dog, If there is a quilt around she will seek it out and lay on it. It doesn't matter if it's just a block in progress or a finished quilt! She knows a good thing when she sees it :-)

I think it's so funny how our pets seek out and lie all over our soft quilts and fabric but have no qualms at all about lying on the pointy hard gravel in the driveway!
