This little piece started out as a practice FMQ for hooked feathers. Well, I sorta lost track of time and this is what I ended up with.....

It looks gorgeous. I love the hooked feathers. I could backtrack on the bump bumps well, but the hooked feathers are so much more interesting. It is so cool how you colored them.

it looks very fresh and contemporary.

i enjoy the hooked feathers for that very reason. it such a modern take on the traditional victorian feather designs.
