Quilt for baby boy - Spring Mist

Today I finished this quilt. It is a gift for my friend's newborn son. I used the pattern 'Spring Mist' from the book 'The Big Book of Baby Quilts'.

I'm happy how it turned out although I know it's far from being perfect. I had some serious fights with my sewing machine during the process - it's got to be replaced soon. I hand quilted the scares and the inner border. It was the first time that I machine binded a quilt and I'm pretty happy how it worked and of the result.

It's really nice..she will love it. You have to let go of "perfect" and love the job you did :-)

That is a cute quilt!! Like nice easy pattern. So sorry you had trouble with your machine. they just don't realize serious fights can get them replaced. Your binding looks great!
