What a fun quilt, you certainly did them justice and they've found a beautiful home. Nice work.

I think I'll do the happy dance with you or for you. I can't believe someone would go to all that work and then not finish them. It was definitely your lucky day. They are all so cute. Peggy

That is exactly what I kept telling my sister - "I can't believe someone did this much work and was so close to finishing and then gave them up". It is hard to see from these pictures but the fabrics are fantastic quilt shop high quality and are so coordinated and the quality of her work is excellent too - just amazing. All I can think of is that she got bored or tired of it especially since she was knocking out two of them???

That's adorable! You should be doing the happy dance. Can't wait to see how you quilt it.

Wow, and someone didn't want these. Your sis was so lucky to get these and share with you. You have done a great job finishing these.

Wonderful find! Too bad that whoever started them didn't get to see them finished. You did such a lovely job. I often wonder if families ever give a thought to how much work went into quilts and blocks that are just tossed aside when the person who did them passes away. Awesome that your sister found them and shared. Comforting thought to know they are now appreciated.
