This quilt is made from Jackie Robinson's split stripe pattern. I also used her fabrics. It is all FMQ in a vine pattern. I made it for my son's girlfriends birthday, because I really like her and was hoping that they would someday get married. They broke up 2 days after he gave it to her!!! Such is life, I had fun making it anyway.

This is the front

don't know what to say-your quilt is beautiful, love the colors and ladybugs-i hope she appreciates all of your hard work, and takes care of the quilt even though they broke up. You never know, they may come to an understanding, and get back together again

What a pretty quilt. The ladybugs are a great idea. I have a sister who likes ladybugs. I might put some on her French Braid.

Your colors I love: Tourmaline pink and green.
He may forget her but she will never forget you, that's for sure, unless she is a dolt or something!
How generous of you!

Oh wow that's beautiful. Sorry the broke up.....but I have a feeling you have made it impossible for her to ever forget you with that quilt.
