Contact the postal office there they probably have it and can't find it, I think a person on here had the same problem and it took a few months for them to find her quilt, don't give up, be persistent with the post office. Track it to the last post office that handled the package and go from there. i hope you find it, it is a very pretty quilt.

When did you mail it? Did you put a return address label on it?

After the post office lost a box of books that I was sending to my daughter and it taking 11 months to get them to pay the insurance claim (even though they sent me a notice w/my shipping label that they were lost) I won't send packages with them anymore. Their tracking system didn't work as it only showed my package living the post office it was sent from and then just dropped off the face of the earth. At least UPS and FedEx have tracking systems that seem to work. I'm really sorry for your quilt and hope that it turns up.

I feel your pain and will pray that the quilt arrives to its designation soon! I've noticed that even with just regular mail it is so slow these days. Hopefully this is the case with this beautiful quilt!!

Hopefully you put Delivery confirmation or Insurance on it so it can be tracked. The post office can track it more completely than you can online. If there is no tracking or it isn't helpful, then ask them to send an inquiry to the MRC (mail recovery center). They have to do it for you. You will need to give them as much information as you can about the item. They can even attach a photo of it to the inquiry. If they give you a hard time about filing the inquiry, tell them you know a postmaster (me!) and that is what she told you to do.

Love the quilt. Sad that it did not arrive. Let's keep our fingers crossed.
