I have attached the quilted pillow shams, hand sewn hexagon quilt (which took me a whole year to sew together) and the fluttering butterflies which were fussy cut, and pieced together. Once again used green and turquoise in the shams.

I was never sure of my color choices, until someone said to me "you always look great when you go to work, so just use those colors when you are putting together your quilts", that was the best advice, since then used that information in deciding the colors to utilize for my quilts.

My friends say - "I have my sewing machine attached at the hip" LOL... and I do sew every spare moments in time I can, therefore I make a lot of quilts - 54 King size quilts in 7 years. I have 9 quilts at my longarm friends shop at this time. The majority of the quilts I pass along to family and friends.

Thanks for all you comments, it really helps.

Your work is beautiful. The pillow shams are especially attractive.

D.Rickman Wonderful shams and quilts. I know I have no patience for three years of hand sewing. Good for you.
