    Default Skateboard Quilt

Guild members made the skateboard blocks in the centers.
I framed them to make them tilt and then added sashing and border.
it was quilted by a professional.

The tilt really makes the whole quilt have such movement. Really cute.

I agree with Watson. Also, the off set on the block placement is a great way to encourage the viewer to look at every block individually. You really know how to make a dynamic quilt out of simple shapes.

I really like the placement of your skateboards in the quilt. It gives an authentic feel.

Love the quilt! The tilt and offsetting each row really help make this one. I think it would fall flat if it were just straight set and all aligned. Great job!

Very fun quilt! I have made the Missouri Star - Man Sewing version for a fundraiser and it went over very well

Fun quilt! Tilting blocks made by others is my favourite way to deal with blocks that are all different sizes.
