I just took a quilt top to a quilter, first time ever. Boy it feels like your leaving your baby behind. I can't wait to get it back. She said it will take about 4 weeks... I am exicited!!!!!

All ready to ship out

Beautiful job. Absolutely love the colors together. When I dropped my first quilt at the long armer, I told her that I was a little apprehensive. She said when you bring in the top, it is yours, when it leaves here, it is mine, I will treat it as if I made it myself. That made me feel a lot better and I have NEVER been disappointed.

That's beautiful. Makes you want to have them sign an IOU doesn't it. Will they let you come visit it?
Now, can we see pictures of the 2nd quilt in the photo? Is it a Cathedral Windows?
Regards, Dorothy

That's a gorgeous quilt. I'm anxious for you to get it back too so we can see the quilting.

LOL.......that is just exactly how I felt. I gave her every number I could possibly be reached at and told her (at least 20x) to call me if there was any problems. I think she was glad to see me leave! LOL In my defense......it was my very first quilt too.

Gorgeous! Love the teal (turquoise?)! I also think it is a little nerve wracking to send one off to the quilter, but I am always so surprised and pleased when I get them back. Be sure and share a new pic when you get yours back so we can ooooh and aaaah some more. Nice job!
