I got so excited posting my pictures I didn't post all that I wanted.

I did free motion quilting on my Lighthouses of Oregon and wanted to show my handy work. I was very proud of the finished product. I still consider myself a beginner with quilting. We are our own worst critics.

This is one of the blocks. I just stippled around the lighthouses and it made them stick out a little bit.

I did smaller stippling around the lettering and it really made them pop out.

I love your Lighthouse Quilt! I can't believe you are a beginner! Beautiful and creative.

Love the state of Oregon, my mother and I took a rode trip,.... Portland, Salem, Sisters, Bend, back to Salem, then to Newport, and up to Astoria.
Covered 875 miles and my mother walked to the top and back down one of the lighthouse at age 81!! Go Mom!

Your mom rocks. I hope I can still walk at 81. Glad you enjoyed our beautiful state while you were here.
