I'm donating these quilts to the Latimer Quilt and Textile Center museum tomorrow. I mentioned them a few weeks ago, and I'm just now getting around to posting them. These were hand pieced and hand quilted by her. She lived frim 1892-1973. I'm her last living descendent, and I wanted to document their history while I still can. When I'm gone, nobody will know anything about them.

She made this one especially for me--I'm keeping this one

She won grand prize at the Malheur County (Oregon) fair 70-80 years ago with this one

Yo-yo bedspread. Can you believe this?

The pink one is my fav, do you know the pattern name? I have seen it many times but don't know what it's called. These quilts will be enjoyed for years to come and hopefully will inspire new quilters. :)

Sorry, I don't know the patterns of any of them, except the Double Wedding Ring. If anyone else knows, I'd love it if you'd tell me.
