It's very pretty! However, I agree too many darks together keep it from being outstanding. But someday someone will fall in love with it and treasure it.

I love the red one! So sorry that these wound up in the Salvation Army. I hope they made some quilter happy, though.

When I first looked ar it, I thought it a little flat, but seeing the closeup, I think it is beautiful.

I love your quilt. I made one for my DH I knew I was going to be disappointed with it. It was just not my style.

Personal tastes really vary... Boston1954, I think your red "Passion" quilt top is beautiful! (I am normally really into greens, but I have to say that the patterns and colour values in the green one don't appeal that much to me...)
