Whenever I post photos of projects, I see something I want to change. So--before I pick this up, I want to see it here and ask if anyone sees any glaring spots that need switching. I only have a few white squares left and one of the brown/green bigger leaves. I start with alternating solids and leaves, but never stick to it so it appears random... organized random... it's hard!!

A close up of some of the fabrics.

Love your colors! Probably the only thing I would do is move around where you have the 3 fall leaves in a row together...maybe swap the one in the middle with a different block. It already looks warm and inviting!

That looks wonderful to me Karla! I love your fabrics. Makes it almost seem like fall is in the air.

bj--I wanted to not have three in a row--but--it's that or go make up more solid squares... unless I stick white one inbetween. Would white ones look better?

I made a three in a row at the top and bottom to balance it out....

I don't think it's a huge deal. I like it like it is.

karla, I like your 3-in-a-rows. And with more than one it does balance it. I like it.

I had green squares already cut! :!: :!: I just quilted up three more--it needed more of the darkest green fabric anyway.

How's this?
