    Here is the start of some Centerpieces for someones table. It's the hexagon shapes with the insulated batting so it can protect a table from a hot dish.

    I stitched the first 6 together and then attached to the white center. I stitched the outside 12 together and stitched them to the 6. I took the insulating batting and a white back fabric and stitched them together leaving a small area open to turn the material rightside out. Basted the opening and hand stitched each Hexagon thru the 3 layers of material so the shapes popped a little. What is birthing? I'm new to a lot of these terms.

    Birthing is..........stitching them together leaving a small area open to turn the material right side out.... just what you did! :):) Nice job!!
