Stunning! I love the high contrast of red and white together.

It looks wonderful with the sashing and cornerstones. I think you made a good choice. I love that block, but I'd think it would get awfully busy looking with not break between the blocks. :-D

Sometimes you just have to put a project aside, take a step back and come at it again at a later date. I'm so glad you are happy with your quilt!! It's lovely!!!

Very classic! I love red and white. I am collecting red fabric and plan to make Annie's Choice blocks as well.

It's beautiful! How are you going to quilt it? SID or all over meanders, baptist fan or what?

The sashing and cornerstones make it outstanding. Just lovely.

First off thanks to everyone for such kind words. I love how board members encourage each other. And to all who run into periods of total frustration (where you want to throw the whole thing out) as I did with this one: please set the work aside for a while (even as much as a year) and when you go back to it you will see possibilities that you missed the first time around.

To kwendt: I cannot honestly say how I will quilt it.... I actually haven't begun to think about that part of it....

To quilter rkc: I love your taste in fabric color and quilt blocks (though I could not have said that about a year ago...ha..ha!)
