This is for DD#2, red/black/white. The pattern is "High Light" by AllPeopleQuilt.com. Quilting completed by Heather (hperttula123) of this board. She did a very loose stipple as I asked for - wanted the fabrics to be the wow factor.

Original pattern called for yellow/black/white and DD chose red - I think it makes a bigger statement in red. The back is a geometric print trimmed in black and placed on an angle for something new. Christie is my middle DD and a square peg in a round hole - hence the back fabric. She moves to her own beat and has since the day she was born.
This is quilt number #6 and my favorite.

Wonderful quilt, I'm sure Christie will think of you often while using it ... the best sentiments indeed.
