I love the Double Irish Chain quilt pattern! I made a few of them and played around with different borders. I gave away one of them to a good friend of mine who moved away to Toronto. I get to visit it when I go see her LOL

Awesome Chele! I think the single Irish Chain is my favorite "go-to" pattern :wink:

Beautifully done. I have never seen an Irish chain in red and white!
Great not only for Valentine's Day but for Christmas as well.

I love that colour combo. and the pattern is just stunning. I have only made 4 twin size quilts and the first 2 were single Irish chain and they were an Eleanor Burns pattern that was sooooo simple to follow. i love her directions they are perfect for a beginner. Good luck with the quilting. I just did mine myself and stitched in the ditch.
