This turned out beautifully. I am in the middle of an extensive refurbish/repair myself. I really hate it -- said I'd never volunteer again if more than minor repair needed. I work at it for a week and then procrastinate for a month. This just isn't any fun so you have my admiration for patience, tenacity, and talent!
