My sister's friend is retiring next month. Over the years they shared trips to NYC and Ice Skater shows. So she asked me to make her a quilt and this is what I came up with.

It is really beautiful and a fabulous gift. You are a lovely sister too to make that so that your sister can give it to her friend.

This is beautiful. So nice the way you were able to commemorate their shared fun. Is the NY fabric from a collection?

Your fabric choices are fabulous. The paned windows look as though light is coming through them. You are also a very nice sister - - hope your sister appreciates your hard work for her friend.
