The quilt/pillowcase/curtains all look great!! He will just love it!! I'm sure he will get years of use out of it before he wants granny to make something else! After all, even big boys love race cars! Great job!

Very cute quilt. Little boys love anything with cars on it! And bright colors.
As for the monkey quilt, be prepared for WWIII if you try to give it away to a younger sibling. We thought our oldest would do that but he refused to give it up even though it was too small for him by the time little brother came along. My DMIL helped him make a baby quilt for little brother. They get attached. So, they wind up with a collection of quilts with wonderful memories that maybe they can save for their children.
As for the monkey quilt, be prepared for WWIII if you try to give it away to a younger sibling.
