thought i'd share one of the favorite quilts i've made so far. kind of a challenge, but fun. the pattern came from EGG MONEY QUILTS, Eleanor Burns. i do a lot of her patterns, very user friendly.

First of all, you took really good pictures of that quilt. It's almost as good as seeing it in person! I love the quilt nanabird. Scrappy "old timey feel" quilts are my all time favorite. You made that new quilt look like a really well maintained antique quilt! It's truly gorgeous!!

I have that book too and love that one. You did a great job. I just haven't got up the nerve to try it yet. She makes every thing sound so easy in the book.

Your quilt is wonderfully done, good color combination too. Did you quilt it yourself? Nancy :D
