Elle - that is one awesome quilt! You did such a super job of it.

I can hardly believe you would choose to do such an intricate quilt for your first one. I am still doing plain old squares whenever possible as I am the most comfortable with them.

And..oh yea...the RR centers will start making the rounds in a couple of weeks too!
It is a Fun quilt to do Patti, however I loved doing the applique it was the sewing it altogether and the quilt in a ditch that held things up. Thank you for your lovely comments.

The Repro Quilt, well I am having second thoughts on that, may not end up making that one.

Looking forward to the IRR though justwaiting on my first block coming.
Also doing the 12 Stars and that is what I am going to attack next at our Group today. I am going to get loads of the cutting out done.

Rein, Well yes it was complicated, but I have been sewing for as long as I can remember, watching my Mum sew, then I loved to make my own clothes.

Squares are good believe me, NOW thats where I have problems matching all those titchy bits of squares up. You go girl, there are some awesome quilts on this boards with JUST squares as you put it.
