Thank you - I did it on a Janome 6600 - the feathers are as the method in Sally Terry's "Hooked on Feathers" - which has helped us all so much to do feathers and twirlybits, see (p.5 too)

I love the Moda Rouenneries, and you made a beautiful quilt out of them. I like the quilting you did. Are the feathers the no backtracking(?) feathers. I'm going to have to try those.

Wow, that is so beautiful! I've made two quilts from that same pattern, it really makes a nice quilt. Yours turned out great, the fabric is a really nice collection, too, I think I need to go look for some of it. Great job!

Thanks everyone, you are all very generous about it - I liked the pattern for the fabric too because the range of colours is so nice. The only thing I would mention if anyone is buying the jelly roll, there were about 6 solids in it, 2 of which were repeated. I didnt use them all, I had enough of the border to cut an extra strip of that instead.
