Wow, that is a great rug and your color choices go perfectly together.
As others have asked, did you cut your own batting strips and about how many strips did you use. If from yardage, how much.

Those are the same color fabric that I have set aside for my rug. Your rug is definitely one that I would like in my home!

I used a roll of Bosal that is cut at 2 1/2 ''.
