I found this at a thrift store in town. I would love to recreate her and then make a quilt using the portrait in the middle of the blocks.

I can take apart the pattern and then make my own, but she's so pretty I was hoping to save her. It is made of suede pieces, but I'm sure it would work with other fabrics and applique them onto a block.

Does anyone know if there is a pattern out there somewhere that matches her?

Thanks!

Here's my two cents. Lay tracing paper over her and drawn it out. You can then separte the pieces, fix what needs fixed. Then do a sample to see how it comes out.

I also agree with BJ. That would make a great quilt!

That was my thought exactly! She is really cute--can't wait to see a quilt you make with her.

Xerox her and cut the pattern out. You can adjust the size then if you want.

This is my opinion, but maybe you could make a wall hanging. I would like it. Don-isewman1

Here's my two cents. I have seen some really cute fabric with postmarks and stamps on it. They look faded and I think that could be a cute background for her. She looks like a world traveler from the 1920s.

Can't wait to see what you come up with!
