I think cornerstones would look great, but if you don't want to do that, just plain black will look good, as well. At any rate, it's going to be a gorgeous quilt.

Great quilt! I love your mitered corners! I vote for one long black strip. I think cornerstone would detract from the blocks. You need to have somewhere for your eyes to rest. Great work!

You are doing a great job. IMHO, cornerstones make it easier to get it all lined up exactly, but I would use solid color corner stones with the various colors of your wonderful blocks.

I have to agree I would also keep it all black, that way the blocks pop

I love this quilt, but I would use corner stones. Whatever you decide, please post the finished quilt for us. Thanks for sharing this with us.

The blocks are so pretty....I think cornerstones would bring each square to light....so to speak!!!

Corner stones do make it easier to line sashing up....but I think they may detract from your beautiful blocks!

You have a striking quilt I'd use cornerstones in one of those bright popping colors....it'd really set it off. But, hey, it's your quilt and you are the ultimate decision maker. I see so many of us gave our opinions...good luck and let us see the final result.
