Beautiful both sides....as an avid collector of scraps I know what you mean about "breeding"....bit like bunnies aren't they.

BEAUTIFUL! and YES---- scraps DO multiply!!! faster than bunnies!!!
i tell everyone how they can get down-right out of hand sometimes
if you go to the quilt shop & buy a yard of fabric you love - you take it home- it is one piece of fabric-
you cut it up & use some of it in a quilt project-as you are cleaning up you find you now have 9 pieces of that fabric left...add it to your stash....
if your quilt used 10-15 different fabrics you can easily have over 100 left over pieces.....there is no (birthcontrol) for fabric! it just goes on & keeps multipling! at least in my world...
i keep making scrap quilts- the left overs get smaller & smaller- but they don't seem to become (less)

I am making a scrappy log cabin also and yes I do believe they breed. I have been making scrappy quilts for a year now to get rid of them and I still have a lot to get rid of.
