"Kodachrome" Before I put the top sashing on, as the strips layed next to one another, it started to look like 16mm film strips. So hence the name. I'm not going to add a border, but will bind with black to keep the focus on the film strips. This was my first "scrap busting" project. As I look thru the pics of those posted on the board, I think what I call scraps and what someone else calls scraps are two different things. Hope you enjoy, cause I did. ( Added to the pile with the 9 other tops that needs to be sandwiched and quilted)

Gannyrosie;

Love the "Kodachrome" quilt top. It is quite stunning. Everyone has different sizes of scraps - it's what makes us all unique.

This is a wall hanging I did last year to play around with color placement AND get rid of some of my stash. :-)

This is the quilt that makes me MOST proud! I didn't purchase one piece of fabric; only used my stash and it's a quilt I wanted to make for years, but didn't think I could do it!
