Here's one of my favorite scrappies, originally made too be a charity quilt, but when it was finished I could not part with it. It now lives in my yellow guest bedroom!!

Great quilt, LTeachergeorge! I'm working on something right now that uses 2x3.5 inch rectangles; now I know what I'll do with the leftovers!

I just like the way it looks
The jewel box quilt takes 8 half square triangle pieces and 8 four patch pieces. All blocks are larger but the same size.

I just love these postings and want to keep it on the first page of pictures so I don't have to look for it. Have gotten so many ideas, and used a few, from those who have posted pictures---Keep It Up!!

Here's my stacked blocks quilt. Was supposed to be for charity but I couldn't give it up so I will be making another one soon.

Oh nice! I am not familiar with this pattern but it looks like a great scrap buster. I am a sucker for scrappies. Well done! I can see why you want to keep it.

Is this the pattern you used?

I am all for scrap busting and might just make one like this. Thanks for sharing your pictures.

Loved the quilts. I love scrappy quilts I think they take us back to the beginning of the concept of recycling of old used items and who could complain. Keep up the beautiful work.
