My niece is the first grandchild in my family to graduate high school and her mom asked me to make a quilt. Her favorite colors are blue and purple. I found this material right after she told me that, I literally sent her a text that was simple and said what is you favorite color she replied blue and purple, I walked around the corner, at a flea market and this was sitting right there waiting for me! LOL. It was ment to be. Now I have to find a pattern big enough not to destroy the pattern. The only thing I could come up with is a snowball and a four patch. I was just wondering if anyone had any different ideas before I start cutting!

70s looking meant to be material!

Just add a few more fabrics and make a take five. I made one with fabrics similar to this for my gd's graduation and it turned out great. Love your swirls fabric. I put that on the back with some on the front.

How large is the design? Can you lay a ruler on it? :)

Take 5 sounds like a great idea. Can't wait to see it all done!

I don't think I have enough material for take five. I have seven yards of the 70s looking one, 1.5 of the gray and 1 of the purple stones. I don't think I have anything else that would go with it, I have a very small stash, LOL. Thanks for all the help!
