My frien has 2 cats and 2 golden retrievers that she had a door put up to keep them out of the house.

When my son was little he had sleep issues - he was ADHD and could go all night without sleep. The doctor recommend that we put a screen door on his bedroom and a latch on the outside - he was confined to his room only, but could communicate with us if he needed to. Finally got a few nights sleep after that.

I had to do that a few years back to my sewing room husbands woodworking room & the bed room The cats would sit there & try to shred the doors when they were closed but now the sit & talk to us & we can answer the back. Tumrub
