Default Sea Glass

I am so excited to have this top done and ready to go to the LAQ. My DH and I spend time in Provincetown in the fall every year and I usually proceed our time there with a weekend in NYC with some former work colleagues. He meets me in the city and we drive out to Ptown. This year I brought no quilting with me and instead decided I would start a whole new project and I would buy a pattern and fabric at City Quilter to bring to the Cape.

This pattern grabbed me and I decided to do it in the colors of sea glass. I have a favorite necklace that I bought in Ptown made of Sea Glass. I found the perfect backing/binding fabric. This one is for DH and me to keep to remind of the wonderful times in Ptown.

Love your quilt pattern. Love the backing. Everything about it. Your backing looks like droplets of water color on a canvas. beautiful!!

That is just beautiful and what a terrific remembrance! Can you share what is on the selvage of the backing fabric? i.e. designer, manufacturer, etc. THANKS!

P.S. I'd always rather be at the lake, too

Wonderful quilt and love the backing. I have not been that far east and I have some sea glass earrings from my Mother when she was on a trip. Show us when finished quilting.
