    That's lovely. I love how they are joined and the three borders. What a find. Who in their right mind would get rid of something like that?

    To answer the question about binding.. my grandmother did lots of curved and geometric outer borders on quilts and if you use a bias cut binding strip it can be manipulated fairly easily.. also her bindings on those quilts were narrower and of course all hand done. That was a stunning find on his part.. well done.
