I'm amazed at what everyone does to make a sewing area for them selves. You make do with what space you have. You have a nice handy area for sewing!!

Thank's for sharing; I'm so right in there with you! Been racking my brain where the best area of my house is for "my" area. Sewing in basement is out; it's prone to flooding. Upstairs, I can't bring myself to take over college age kids rooms as they come home a lot. Our dining room is the logical spot too. Like being close to the landline ph., good natural lighting from windows, and can see when someone drives onto the yard. Will try to get it set up neatly and share with you too.

Thank you for sharing your room with us. I really liked looking at everything. It has a very efficient and cozy feel. I would love to being sewing in the area you set up.

It's the Arrow Sewing Cabinet Gidget Sewing Table. I bought it from Day Style Designs Online Quilt Shop about 2 years ago.(Leah Day, she has a free motion quilting blog). I didn't see it at her web site, but amazon has it. $140
