Wonderful place to sew. I woud love to sew in a place like that. I am afraid I would spend quite a lot of time chasing down all the stuff I would drop through the grate, scissors, ripper, thread, needles, fabric pieces.....but I'll bet you don't do that.

Looks so peaceful... what a wonderful spot to sew. Outside here the wind is howling...thinking the power may go out shortly.

We have a huge piece of felt that we put down over the grate so thankfully I don't lose anything precious. It is good to leave the threads to just blow away in the wind though
