I am trying to make my sewing room look better..anything would be an improvement. So I took out some time from quilting to make a sewing machine cover. I plan to make 3 more for the other machines and bring some consistancy into the room. Oh, I want to add this: I am so proud of being an American and a Texan that my walls will be covered in "stuff" relating to that as well. that is why the backs of my machine covers will have something from that love on them.

Love them!! I have pulled out my fabric and taken my measurements to make covers for mine.

Did you use the already quilted fabric? If so, did you line it? The quilted fabric I have from Hancocks has a rough backing which would catch on the machine parts.

If this isn't pre-qualted, hoorah for you1! LOL

I love the machine design. Was that an embroidery design? I think I've been some on my embroidery sites.

I'm just chatting away here...I love patriotic designs too and wasn't sure how to incorporate patriotic designs in with machine designs.

Thanks for reading my rambling discourse. :)

that's fantastic! nice to have a design on the front and back so you can switch off.

Very nice job.
I just made a cover for one of my BFFs and also put an embroidered sewing machine design on the front of it but it's not as nice as yours.
Where did you find the (embroidery) pattern?
