    This cover was so much fun and easy (and fast compared to a quilt!) to make. I only used 3 pieces of fabric plus 3 pieces of lining fabric.
    I don't know why I haven't made them before.
    This one is going to a BFF in TX for her new Pfaff.

    but I didn't do the patchwork like she did. Only used her idea of how to construct it and then did some cross hatch quilting which doesn't really show in the photo. I also made the center strip one long piece of fabric and joined the front and back to it. Her center strips that go up the sides and across the top are in sections.
    The embroidered pocket for the scissors was my idea. I bought the design at emblibrary.com or embroiderydesigns.com. I can't remember which, sorry.

    Great job! I ought to do that for my Janome Horizon so it's covered when I'm not using it.
