Red face Sewing with my darling grand-daughter

My 12 year old sweetie pie is on holidays with me and she wanted to make herself a Hobo Bag and here is the result...!!! Also she had started a table runner for her parents in January as she was here last and never got to finish it but now it's done and she's very happy with the results Also she wanted to make an Easter wreath for her Mum and I helped her with that too so now it's all finished on time Thanks for looking and I wish you all a very Happy and Blessed Easter <3

My DGD is now 14 and is no longer interested in sewing. I am so glad we sewed when she was younger and she learned how. She took a quick course at school this year and she told me she was the only one who knew how to thread the machine. I am patiently waiting for her to want to sew again.

Your girl is really on a roll. She has made three beautiful projects that are not exactly beginner level in their complexity. High five for this girl. May she continue in her progress as a quilter.

aaaww so sweet and great projects. I don't have grandbabies yet, but I have enjoyed sewing with my great nieces. I am trying to decide what to do with them next
